When a new purchase source is used, Shareray has an approval process & Reject that ensures compliance with our Supplier reputation, Quality control, and the payment terms and conditions of our Purchase Order. Shareray requires new & old Suppliers to accept and confirm the understanding of items requirements, customer flow down requirements and customs requirements, and purchase order delivery time & term upon acceptance of a purchase order.
